Under no circumstances shall Adept Integrations be liable for any incidental, or indirect damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use that may occur related to this web site or the information contained in it.
Parts Availability
Since all of our systems are "build-to-order", some parts listed for that particular system may be on back-order or unavailable at the time the system is purchased from Adept. If this occurs, you will be notified after placing the order and the parts will be replaced with parts of equal or greater performance specifications in order to complete the order at no extra cost.
Returns
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all systems and components. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason you will be given a full refund minus the shipping cost. All software being returned must be un-opened or may be subject to a 40% re-stocking fee. After the 30-day term the product may be returned only at Adept Integration's discretion and you will be given a refund for the current value of the product minus a 15% restocking fee. All orders totaling $2,500 or more are non-returnable after 14 days from the shipment date unless the reason being a defect covered under warranty. All International orders are not returnable under any circumstances.
