How do I know which computer is best for me?
If you don't see a system on the site or are unsure about what components you need for your system, we can put together a personalized quote for a system that is built around what you need. Simply tell us what your system will be used for and we'll take it from there. We will take time to explain your different options and will never throw in extra components or software that you don't need. If you're worried about extra charges that apply to a customized computer build don't worry. Unlike other custom computer builders, we will never charge extra for customizing a computer to fit your needs. Just send us an email or click here to get started.
How long does delivery take and why?
Adept Integrations normally can build, test, and ship all systems within 5 business days. There are 3 phases to the process - parts acquisition, building, and testing. We take pride in never using any used or refurbished parts from old systems. We have limited space to keep parts on hand, so most of the parts we use to build the systems are ordered when you purchase the system. In most cases parts acquisition takes 1-2 days, and the building & testing phase takes 3-4 days. When systems are purchased before 2pm EST, all parts needed to complete a build are ordered the same day. For more info on delivery times and shipping questions email orders@adeptpcs.com .
Do you accept International orders?
Yes, we accept International orders. When ordering online, you will be charged a flat shipping and handling charge during checkout and then within 24 hours you will be sent an additional invoice via email reflecting all applicable international shipping costs including customs and duty fees. Unlike other companies, we will never charge extra fees for International orders. Do you need a Paypal account to place an order?
No, you do not need a Paypal account to place an order. You can use any credit card to pay securely or you will have the opportunity to use your Paypal account during checkout if desired.
